Its started today.. Can you refer some medicines.. Its for 10 years old daughter.. Dont think its covid.. We had covid test done for all the residents in our Apartment..

Monitor temperature 6th hourly..if temperature is 99 degree and above u can give her  paracetamol 500 mg tablet for two days..if symptoms persist kindly consult for further investigation and treatment.. let her drink plenty of fluids ..
