Fever from past 3 days
At night the temperature goes to 102 .head becomes really hot rest her hand and feet becomes cold.she was shivering last night.
Day time the fever comes down with crocin but again after 3 to 4 hours it starts up again.
What to do...
Most fevers in children are viral in origin and take 3-7 days to subside completely.
If not accompanied by any other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
If not improving OR accompanied by above,consult your paediatrician asap.
