  4. Fever from last 2 days. Than 8 hrs.

Fever from last 2 days

No cold,no coughing,no sneezing but have fever from last 2 & 1/2 days. Mostly at night, fever is too high then morning. Got Some relief  after taking a paracetamol 650 but not rather than 8 hrs.

Hi. Do not panic in this situation. Its good you dont have the typical symptoms of flu. But please do keep a careful watch in case you develop cough or the fever remains persistent. For now.. add a prophylactic antibiotic regimen and continue Paracetamol.
