Hello doc, please help meri beti ko 5days s fever h or thode loose motion b the phle 2 days cefixime nd mefenamic &pcm di thi but fvr har 4-5 ghante m ara tha then test karvaye to crp 14.38,esr 21,tlc 1500, lymphocytes 51 aya dctr change kra or new med start kri cefpodoxime proxetil nd mefenamic pcm di but fir b fvr ara h phle 8 hrs m ara tha 2 din and aj 12 hrs m aya but aa rha h m worried please help baby active h phle jitni nahi but h or thoda bhot khati h or feed leri h please suggest kre kya kre...reports are attached please check.
Might be a viral infection which usually takes 5-7 days to resolve . The frequency of fever has decreased so that's a good sign. Continue giving paracetamol when the child has fever along with a lot of liquids like juices, buttermilk etc.
