  4. Fever from 3 days. Please advise.

Fever from 3 days

My husband has continuous fever from last 3 days with varying temperature 98.8-100.5. Cold and cough is also there. Blood tests for Malaria, Thyphiod is normal. Blood test CBC and urine routine is normal. Not sure why temperature is not coming down. Taking antibiotics and paracetamol. Please advise.
