I have been suffering from fever it usually fluctuate sometimes too much sometimes not ,headache,body pain etc ..which antibiotic sjould i take??

HELLO, TABLET DOLO650 ONE TABLET THREE TIMES A DAY.FOR THREE TIMES TABLET TAXIM O200 TWICE AFTER LUNCH N DINNER FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. LIGHT DIET WITH LEAST OIL AND SPICES. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. O.K BYE.
