I am having fever from 2days around 100-102°c and body aches feeling tired and head feels heavy. No cold or sore throat. Today I am having 102 temperature and it's not reducing since evening. I am taking dolo650 and azithromycin Movexx for body pain Kindly suggest what to do

Continue Dolo 650 for Fever Headache and Generalized Body Pain as and when required at an interval of 5-6 hours and take total 5 doses of Azithromycin: 1 tab once daily 1 hour after meal. Do tepid sponging. Take healthy diet. Maintain hygiene. Take rest for 3-5 days and monitor your temperature and oxygen level. Even after all these if the symptoms persist then do the following tests : CBC, CRP, Widal(Slide agglutination), PBS for MP, Dengue NS1 and IgM and COVID test. Consult under Practo in case of emergency
