My son is 2.8 months he is having temperature only on the upper body. Why is it so? I gave him 2 dosages of crocin ds each 2.5 ml.his weight is 11.5

Better to check on thermometer before giving crocin as  sometimes kids will feel warm to touch but fever actually will not be there
