Hello Doctor, can we give meftal -p to my 14 months old son . Actually he has fever from yesterday night and we are giving CALPOL 250 mg every 6 hours. Can we give meftal to him in between of 6 hours as his fever is coming back after 4 hours as 102.please suggest the dose
