Fever for last 4 days, no rashes or joint pain. Nasal congestion with phlegm discharge. Taking paracetamol continuously.

Hello..... From how long  you have fever..  Blood examination is required.. Atleast order for blood  test..  Take paracetamol 3 times daily..  If fever  is there more than  a week then there is some problem..  Most of viral infection causes fever and it subsides on its own... Consult general physician.
