Decision to hospitalise patient is all about clinical judgement of a clinician. Blood investigations are used in support to that judgement. So only crp levels doesnt indicate that a patient requires hospitalisation or not. So if your pediatrician has prescribed oral medication it must be after clinical consideration.
Next Steps
Continue with the treatment.
Health Tips
If symptoms doesnt subside in dew time let your doctor see your child again.

It would be better if blood and urine test reports are provided to comment regarding the further course of management and treatment. Decision to admit is usually made based on clinical assessment on physical consultation.
Next Steps
Complete the course of antibiotics prescribed
