Hi, my suggestion would be to give paracetamol drops 1ml three times per day  for two days. It will prevent fever to occur and pain would be lessened. Moreover i would suggest not to give ibugesic as it can cause gastritis for such a small infant.

Look for any swelling, redness at the site of injection.
