Having fever of 101.8 F for my kid 10 months from morning. Kindly let know what medicines to take. How to lower the fever

You may give Calpol(paracetamol) susp.(120 mg/5ml) every 5-6hrly, can do sponging with tap water, wait for other symptoms like cough,cold or loose motions, vomiting. It could be due to dentition or simple viral fever, may settle in 2 to 3 days, if not consult your Paediatrician.
