Fever Fluctuating every 2-3 hours

Hi, I have a fever from 4 days it's not neither high or low. Sometimes I feel like I'm fine after few hours again I feel with the fever sensation. I'm using normal medicine from pharmacy haven't consulted the Doctor yet. Kindly suggest here. Regards, Dinesh

Hello, plenty of liquids to keep yourself hydreyted.flexon eight hourly after food for three to five days.tab azee500once per day for three to five days.light diet,  rest u RECOVER.if not go for CBC ,ESR ,ABSOLUTE EOSINOPHIL COUNT, URINE COMPLETE N MICROSCOPIC Consult a general physician MD.ok.
