Hi . My son may be having covid and we are waiting for the test result . He is getting fever every 6 hours  . When we give paracetamol it comes down to 98.5 but then reaches 100.5 after 6-7 hrs and seems increasing if we don't give paracetamol again . It's been only  1.5 days but is this common and should we wait few more days and see if temperature fully stabilizes ?How long this recurring fever will continue if it is covid ?
