Sir my child from last 2-3 no months developing fever after every 15-20 days like he developed fever in 1 April fully subside by paracetamol and antibiotic but again reappear after 15-20 day this type fever is moderate type can this be common type problem also or only cancer ilke luekimia or lymphoma produce this type of symptoms please advise because I read that leukemia and lymphoma cause such symptoms does common disease also cause this ,
