Fever during pregnancy

I 15 weeks pregnant along with fibroid. Yesterday taken 1 tt injection dose today having severe headache and in the night got a fever 101.5 . Is it safe to take dolo 650

Yes you can take Dolo however if fever persists you may have to get some investigations done...take care
