My 3 year old daughter having fever from yesterday .. She is less active ,having red eye only left , dry cough... Refuses to take food

Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult. Fever with refusal to take feed indicates infection. You will have to visit pediatrician. Meanwhile give fever medicine and monitor fever.
