I am suffering from Fever, coughing (wet) and severe headaches and stomach ache as well. Please do let me know what meds I can intake for now?

Take amoxy  clauv. 625mg one morning and one evening for 5days. Tab combiflam one every 8 hours for 3 days. Deletus P cough syrup 5ml every 8 hours for 5 days. Do steam inhalation and hot saline gargles. Consult online,  after 3 to 4 days.

  Steam inhalation with Vicks or eucalyptus oil. Tab taxim o200 ,2 times a day  after food for five days.  Zerodol sp three times a day after food for five days. Nexpro RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR 5 days. MONTE lc one at night for five days. Ambrodil s 5 ml twice n 10 ml at night.  For five days. Plenty of water n liquid. No cold things. Meftal spas ds two  or sos after food  for pain abdomen. Light diet nome made.
