I've been experiencing throat pain and cough followed by fever chills and constant headaches. I am also experiencing fainting concerns from a week. Can you help me understand what are the possible reasons.

Since how long do you have this problem? Take tab azithromycin 500mg one daily for 3 days Tab combiflam one every 8 hours for 4 days. Do hot saline gargles and drink hot water.
