My 2 Yr kid suffering from fever cough and cold for 5 days.. yesterday she doesn't have fever.. but now she again got fever..fever is nearly 100.5° .. she can't swallow .. she crying all.the time.. doc gave some medicines but she didn't drink it.. she is spitting the medicine.. I don't know what to do.. She didn't eat anything whole day..

Greetings it seems she is having fever intermittently .not eating coghing and spitting ,do throat swab and start Mox soluble tablets 1tab4 times a day. better cosult physically
