Hi, this is Deepak having fever and coughs from last week I consulted local physician . But problem is still having lil fever and half headache from last two days.
And cough is also there.

Kindly take salt water gargles for the cough and the throat irritation. I'm assuming you have completed the antibiotics course prescribed, if not please make sure that you do.
For releif from headache, take a paracetamol 500mg tablet.
