Fever comes only at night !

I and my father(77) is getting fever 99 only in the evening  from three days.we are taking ayurvedic medicine(giloy etc) and all the vitamins like C,multivitmain, vitamin D 60000 IU weekly(since 3 weeks). Father's and mine oxygen level is 98. Can it be corona virus infection ?
