Fever cold cough hoarse voice

My 8 month old child having fever from past 6 days and in last 3 days he developed runny nose and stuffy nose and since yesterday he developed cough also. He is sleeping and feeding well.  His voice is also become heavy due to cold. We are giving him ibugesic plus and paracetamol. What to give for cough. Which antibiotics are required now if any . I have solving cold and levolin
