Please confirm whether I have typhoid or not. Result is O: 1:160 and H: 1:160. I heard if >1:160 it is typhoid. I'm having chills, fever (102.6), cold, caugh, body ache. After taking paracetamol/acechlophenac (PGI) and medicine (cefigard 200) symptoms subsided. Can I continue same prescription? P.S: CBP is normal, urine report (pus cells:5-6HPF, epithelial:2-4HPF).
