Hello Sudeen fever came with little shivering.. We went vegetables market after coming home  neck pain and fever came fever is 100.2 Taken dolo tablet since morning. May I know any other tablet except dolo to fast cure for fever pls advice. Pls condiser as normal fever don't consider as covid becoz last month same day fever came and went last month fever also same .. after going hospital it's cured with iv fluid in 3 days .
