Fever blood test

Neutrophilic leukocytosis is present Predominantly normocytic normochromic with ovalocytes Crp =114 mg/l Ers =91 mm/hr Having recurrent fever coming and going ,initially when fever started body pain and vomiting yellow thing ,now fever is not there but it comes at night and after taking paracetamol I goes away. And little diarrhoea, should I be worried because crp is high And this blood test is done today but fever is not there

Need more information regarding the timing of fever Is that evening rise of temperature? Do you cough with sputum? Is there any loss of weight or appetite? Where do you stay or work? Any infection in your place of living?also need past history of infection like TB and family history.need to do more investigations. consult
