My son has a fever ang he is vomitting every recieve foods ang liquids. What i suppose to do?

Syp Grandem 1 ml once perday x 3 days,, Syp Nexpar 5 ml 6 hourly x 3 days,, Syp Cefolac 100. 5ml twice perday x 7 days,
