Fever and stuffy mucus in nose

My son is 2.5 months old on Saturday he got vaccinated and he had a fever till Monday morning I have given crocin, now on Tuesday morning he is having 99.4 degree fever given crocin again to him and also excessive mucus is stuffed in nose.
