My daughter had fever 2 days ago with temperature running upto 102.5. We gave her prescribed medication after which the fever reduced. However she has not done since and her appetite has been very low. She hardly eats and looks like feels full all the time. What shall we do ?

Dear parents          Generally after fever,due to less intake of diet&water,also dehydration due to fever motion is not passed,nothing to worry.           Continue the drugs in day or two  would start taking regular food
