Loose motion and fever since 1 day. Also pain abdomen. No vomiting so far. About 7 stools in 12 hours, 3 normal and 4 loose. 3 years child

Please Keep a watch on urine output.  Make sure that the baby is passing urine every four hours.  If not consult a pediatrician For abdominal pain you can do frequent hot fomentation of the abdomen The most common reason of such illness is viral infection and it might take 3-4 days to settle

ORS solution . Give as much as possible. Normal water (boiled /filtered) can also be used

Do not give sugary drinks / glucose water .
