Fever and loose motion from yesterday

My 3 year old son surfing from fever and 2 time loose green motion and also he say something he has pain above his eyes like headache. He his also taking pacimol suspension syrup 5ml and oflamac-m 5ml from yesterday. Please suggest any thing what should we do. And he is not interested in food and looking tired.
