I have been experiencing 102F fever and extreme headache. I can't sleep properly and I wake up every 2 hours for loose motion. I'm feeling very weak, and getting vomiting smell in mouth but can't vomit. I tried paracetamol 500mg, but didn't help much. Please help me.
