From last three days I'm suffering from fever and headache..after taking paracetamol fever get low and that later on again start I m in travelling kindly suggest me medication, so that I can able to travel .

Got your concern bro u can do one thing for time being take paracetamol 650mg thrice daily n take antibiotic L cin 500mg once daily for 5 days but do go for investigations like CBC MP DENGUE SEROLOGY N WIDAL as u reach ur destination n then consult doctor accordingly
