Hi My 2.5 year old baby have fever and cough fever more than 100 degree given ayurvedic medicine for 1 day still it not reduced so can i use paracetamol syrup along with ayurvedic medicine

Hi dear Due to weather change many kids are getting fever but if it's persistent and high u need to get ur child evaluated. Paracetamol will help in reducing the fever but if he / she has any other complaints then it won't settle with only paracetamol Please consult on practo so that we can discuss all the complaints in detail and treat accordingly Take care
