Fever in the range of 99-101 for last 10 days along with coughing. RT PCR test is negative. Spo2 level is between 95-98 in last 7 days. But fever is not subsiding and daily reduces after taking paracetamol. BLood test also done and all items are normal except for low RBC count. Plz advise what could be the reason for fever and coughing?

Low RBC count and fever on off May be due to anaemia also some sort of URTI may be there Add Syp Dexorange 2 TSF BD after food X 20 days Steam inhalation 3 times daily Further need clinical evaluation if pharyngitis is there or anything else.
