Fever and cold

My 5 Year old daughter is having fever and cold since last 4 days. I have given her meftal p for 2 days and since yesterday started sinarest. Please advise if the medicine is correct and how much time it will take for her to recover. Fever is at regular intervals and goes down immediately after medicine.

You should show your pediatrician. And for fever control, use paracetamol rather than meftal.. That's safer. Needless to say,  you still need to show your pediatrician.
