Fever and cold high TC counts

I have cold and fever(100°) for two days and have TC counts as 11780 and platelet counts of 250. I have taken dolo650 and cutrazine tablets for two nights. But still has fever and has bodyache.

You will have to take antibiotics..it looks like a bacterial infection of chest or throat.
