Hi my child is 2 and half years old.she is having fever mostly during night Tyme only I e.,body is getting heated and day she is active and normal,our padiatrician gave dolo250 and krophil d for cold.i am worried about it.is it normal fever only?he said infection and it varnishes in 3-6 days stay patient.wat does this kind of night fever indicate??can I bath her when she is having fever??
