Hello Doctor , I do have below symtoms from last thrusday .. Starting last Thrusday i got fever and i took parasatamol till saterday morning .. And fever went off On Sunday i got cold which i am currently having and fever is also there which varies from 99 - 99.6 . I started taking parastamol from yesterday . What should i do ? Kindly assist
