Fever and body ache in pregnancy

I have been having frequent fever, chills and body ache in my pregnancy's third trimester. I was treated with asymptomatic UTI in the 6th month. Have got fever 4 times in my third trimester. I have been prescribed dolo-650 and a antibiotic with it. Had a urine culture and sensitivity test done a week back and it was normal.
