I am having severe fever since last night with headache, back ache and throat pain. Only head and face is hot. Rest all is cold. Please advice.

Your history is suggestive of viral fever.You may take plenty of fluids boiled then cooled down and antipyretic like paracetamol .Warm saline gargles will help.Please take consultation for proper assessment and diagnosis.
