For my son who is a month old is expecting a vaccination i heard once they receive a shot they eill get fever...what if he dint take feed and will his weight reduce?? How long fever last

No need to worry for that It may get fever to  some baby If fever then u can give medicine for fever If you are worried then  painless vaccine is also option for u
