17/05/2017,we vaccinated my child, after vaccination he suffering from fever last 5 days , he become weak. So we need ur help

Usually fever post vaccination doesn't last for more than 2-3 days and that too child has received DTaP, further more less chance. It may be some different cause maybe viral illness. No need to do anything, shall recover from weakness on his own, just keep him hydrated well.
