After 12th month vaccination my son is down with fever and has 104 is it normal or should I take him to dr immediately. P125 given every 6 hours gap

U can continue paracetamol for fever ....wait for another 24 hrs if ur child is not suffering from cough,cold etc......sos consult nearby paediatrician
