Fever after getting 3rd dose of PCV

Hello Docs, Today my baby( approx 4 months) has got 3rd dose of PCV vaccination and he is suffering from 100.5 (fever is going up and down after every 4 hours). We are giving him paracetamol drops after every 4 hours. Please suggest if this is fine or we need to consult doctor.

Hello, fever is not associated with PCV vaccine. But it is associated with DTwP, which is given along with the PCV vaccine at 3.5 months. Fever may persist for 24 to 48 hours. You need to give Paracetamol drops for symptomatic relief.
