Having fever about 99.5 some people says that it's brain fever I am not able to understand what's it and when it's come what precautions should I take please help

Any temperature above 99.5 is to be treated as fever. Brain fever is when temperature rises too fast and the brain is unable to control it and the child ends up getting seizure. In any case lowering body temperature through sponging and drinking lots of fluids is helpful
