Fever 99.5-101 from 4 days fluctuating.

4 days before I had taken head bath at night and slept in A/c. Next morning I feel bodyache and head highness.Temp is normal at morning but elevating starts at afternoon. Taking Azithromycin from 2 days. Symptoms Fever 100-101 One side nose congestion. Sometimes feeling chills after washing legs. Pls suggest.
