My daughter age 2 years is having fever since last few days.. It generally comes in the evening around 8 pm. It used to be 98-99. But today it is around 100. So any antibiotic i can give along with calpol drops.

Give calpol as per dose when body temperature is more than 100.4 f. No need to give any medicine less than 100 f.

temperature charting give calpol ( paracetamol) as per weight .

Antibiotic is not a fever medicine and it should not be started without prescription. Even high grade fever is also not indications of starting antibiotic. Use antibiotic judicially as now a day antibiotic resistance is big problem.
