My 2.10 yrs is suffering from fever form last days initially his fev lowers down bt all of on 4day fever rise to 103.5 nd at present its 101.

Hello, please give syp paracetamol for symptomatic relief from fever. The dose will depend on the weight of the child. As the fever is persistent, you must visit a pediatrician for clinical evaluation and workup to reach to diagnosis. So that appropriate medication can be started.
